I. Platform mechanism description
The platform is sliding rail type and it is driven by oil cyinders. It is made of Q345 high strength steel plate with reasonable structure.The surface of the platform adopted not only reduces dead weight but also facilitates the use of tools like bangdage
The minimum inclination angle is of 8 degree when the platform is fully extended, and the slope is relatively gentle to make sure there is no contact with vehicle bottom during the whole loading & unloading process.
II. Lifting system
Lifting system is driven by internal & external sleeve sliding type oil cylinder made of Q345. And it has advantages like large lifting force and stability under the condition of strength. The working model is as follows: When the cylinder low down the lifting arm, the telescopic arm extends until the front bracket of the swinging arm reaches the lifting position of vehicle. An then place the rear bracket and insert the plug, tie up the lifting arm with towed vehicle with bandage. And with the contraction of oil cylinder, the vehicle is lifted.
III. Operation mechanism
The operation mechanism is an auxiliary joint operation mechanism, which allows the operator operate at both sides of the vehicle. And it allows the operator operate at the side far from the lane and improves the convenience and safey.
IV. Hydraulic system
The towing truck is mainly controlled by the hydraulic system，and torque is transferred by the PTO, connects with gear pump, and finally connects to each pipeline. And it is controlled through multiple directional valve. Also balancing valves and hydraulic locks is provided in the hydraulic pipelines.
