I. Platform mechanism description
The platform is made of Q345 high strength steel plate with reasonable structure.The surface of the platform adopted not only reduces dead weight bus also with many other advantages.
As for platform, it adopts oil cylinders driving sliding rail type. Also functions of flat platform like lifting, lowering and telescoping are all completed through the oil cylinders.
II. Folding mechanism
when the platform is fully extended, and the tail plate is put down, the minimum inclination angle is 7.5 degree only. And the slope is relatively gentle and there will be no collision between the chassis and the platform even the vehicle chassis is low like MPV.
III. Operation mechanism
The operation mechanism is an auxiliary joint operation mechanism, which allows the operator operate at both sides of the vehicle. And it allows the operator operate at the side far from the lane and improves the convenience and safey.
IV. Hydraulic system
The towing truck is mainly controlled by the hydraulic system，and torque is transferred by the PTO, connects with gear pump, and finally connects to each pipeline. All parts are from famous quality brands.
