FAQ 


QA:What's the difference between injection pumps and regular fuel pumps?               



       Injection pump: High-pressure (1000Bar+), diesel-only, controls power output.

       Fuel pump: Low-pressure (3-5Bar), just delivers fuel to the engine.


QB: Must I replace a leaking water pump immediately?     


      Minor leak: Temporary sealant works (but reduces lifespan).

      Spraying leak: Stop engine NOW! Risk of overheating damage.


QC: How to troubleshoot a diesel pump that won't prime?                


      Verify fuel level (seriously, some forget to refuel!)

     1.  Check for air in lines (bleed at filter)

     2.Test inlet pressure (should be ≥0.3Bar)


QD: Key parameters when selecting a water pump?        


     Flow rate: e.g. 100L/min (too small causes overheating)

     Head: e.g. 15m (insufficient = poor coolant circulation)

     Shaft material: Stainless steel lasts 3x longer than cast iron
