Instead of brushing it off, we immediately followed up with photos, explained the situation, and most importantly—took action. We coordinated with the logistics team to add stronger packaging protection for future shipments and provided regular updates to the customer.


On the next order, the packaging arrived in perfect condition. The customer wrote back: “It’s reassuring to see how seriously you handle even small concerns. That makes all the difference.”
