How to Choose the Radiator You Need

When choosing a radiator for your company's excavators, please focus on the following three aspects:

1. Model Compatibility

Please check the engine model (such as Volvo or CAT radiator standards) and the radiator interface specifications.

You can use two methods to determine the compatibility:

First, if the OEM number is available, check the original radiator's OE model number and take a photo. Also, take a photo of the vehicle's nameplate. This will help you find the right radiator quickly and effectively.

Second, in many cases, the OEM number is not available. In this case, it will be more complicated. By measuring the dimensions of the specific location and recording them, engineers can complete the production process by drawing a diagram, though the entire process is slightly more tedious.

2. Material Selection

Our core radiator components are made of copper-aluminum composite fins (this material is composed of high-purity copper tubes and aluminum alloy fins through a precision rolling process. Its thermal conductivity is ≥237W/m·K, ensuring efficient heat transfer). This allows for better heat dissipation during use, further improving performance. We also provide an ultrasonic weld inspection report (the inspection must cover all pressure-bearing welds, and the results must meet the requirements for Level II welds in GB/T3323-2025 "Radiography of Metal Fusion Welded Joints"). This ensures higher standards for your product, significantly enhancing product integrity and accuracy.

3. Shipping Requirements

For relatively light items, we'll ship in neutral packaging cartons. For items weighing several dozen kilograms, we'll use wooden crates to better ensure your item is in perfect condition.
