Finding the Right Fuel Injector from a Photo

One of our overseas customers urgently needed a fuel injector but only had a blurry photo of the product, with no model number or additional technical details. Instead of turning them away, we immediately engaged in communication.

I carefully examined the details of the image—the shape of the connector, the direction of the pipes, the position of the plug—and cross-referenced it with our internal product database. After patiently narrowing down the options and confirming the match, I was able to identify the exact fuel injector model corresponding to the photo.

The customer was thrilled when they received the confirmation. They had initially thought it would be impossible to source the product without a model number, but we managed to accurately identify it just from the image.
