Fluid Inspection

Engine oil, hydraulic oil, and coolant levels (the oil level should be between the L/H scale)

Fuel tank level: Using low-sulfur diesel (sulfur content <50 ppm) can extend injector life

Check the oil-water separator and replace the fuel filter every 500 hours to prevent impurities from damaging the high-pressure oil pump

Lubrication and Wear

Add grease to key parts such as the boom and arm pins to reduce wear

Check track tension and bolt tightness to prevent abnormal power consumption in the travel system

Safety and Leakage

Check the hydraulic lines and engine for oil/water leaks

Test the lights, horn, and instrument functions to ensure safe operation
